Fredrick Thomas Martin
Fredrick Thomas ("Tom") Martin is retired from the National Security Agency and now consults for the Intelligence Community, the Department of Homeland Security, Law Enforcement Agencies and other government agencies, as well as companies within the private sector. He is the author of "TOP SECRET Intranet: How US Intelligence Built INTELINK, the Largest, Most Secure Network."
Mr. Martin served as the founding Executive Director of the Government Emerging Technology Alliance (GETA), and is a member of the Advisory Boards of several information technology companies. He is an international speaker on information technology and has chaired numerous technical conferences. Mr. Martin holds a masters degree in computer systems/operations research from the American University, where he was an Adjunct Professor for twenty five years. His undergraduate degree is in mathematics.
